- ASIN Productivity is a RBS's WW mechanism to maximize the business value of every ASIN by identifying, prioritizing
- eliminating defects across the product lifecycle. The Principal Program Manager will own the end-to-end program strategy to transform ASIN Productivity from an analytics framework into a company-wide execution engine. This leader will influence multiple VP organizations, align long-term investments, establish operating mechanisms
- drive adoption across partner teams without direct authority. Key job responsibilities 1. Program Strategy a. Define the long-term vision and roadmap for ASIN Productivity across Selection, Buyability, Speed, Pricing
- future lifecycle stages. b. Drive yearly OP planning, 3YP planning
- investment narratives. c. Identify the highest ROI opportunities across worldwide stores. 2. Cross-Organization Leadership a. Influence multiple VP organizations to adopt ASIN Productivity as a standard planning and execution mechanism. b. Align priorities across Retail, Tech, Science, Finance, Category
- Operations teams. c. Resolve competing priorities and establish clear ownership models. 3. Operating Mechanisms Build and run WBR, MBR
- QBR mechanisms. Define success metrics, business reviews
- executive scorecards. 4. Program Execution a. Translate business opportunities into scalable programs. b. Prioritize partner investments based on customer and business impact. c. Remove execution bottlenecks across organizations. 5. Product Lifecycle Governance a. Own the governance across the entire ASIN lifecycle: Detect defects --> Prioritize fixes --> Route ownership --> Track execution --> Validate resolution --> Measure business outcomes. b. Scaling Adoption Expand ASIN Productivity beyond current pilot cohorts. Drive partner pull instead of central push through reusable frameworks and governance. - 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 10+ years of program or project management experience - 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
