The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies
benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. Job Overview Th is role will play a critical role in shaping and delivering scalable, secure
integrated ERP solutions that support DePuy Synthes’ enterprise applications landscape. In t his role you will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP architecture with business processes, enabling operational efficiency, innovation
growth. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology direction and contribute to a modern, connected digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Define and contribute to the overall ERP and enterprise application architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standards Design and integrate ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring compatibility across multiple systems, technologies
data environments Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technology solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions Lead and support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across applications and platforms Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance
performance standards for enterprise systems Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities and enterprise operations Develop and maintain documentation, standards
architectural models for ERP systems Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex system integration and performance issues Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Engineering
related field required Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience and Skills Required: Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms) Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems across multiple platforms Demonstrated ability to solve system integration, compatibility
performance challenges Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions Knowledge of enterprise data, application
infrastructure architecture principles Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams Ability to work independently and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisions Preferred: E xperience with global ERP implementations or transformations Familiarity with cloud-based ERP architectures and integration technologies Knowledge of data architecture, data integration
analytics ecosystems Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technology Exposure to enterprise security, compliance

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
