- Bosch is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and operations professional to join our team as a Warehouse Clerk. This role is critical for supporting safe, compliant
- efficient warehouse, shipping, receiving
- inventory processes. Working closely with area leaders, the Warehouse Clerk will provide continuous adherence to safety, quality
- productivity standards, playing a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of our operations. The Warehouse Clerk ensures accurate documentation, regulatory compliance for dangerous goods and battery shipments, timely coordination of inbound and outbound activities
- effective communication with carriers, suppliers
- internal teams. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for entering shipment information accurately into customer portals (websites) and supports inventory accuracy, reporting, dispatch operations
- returns processing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities by working with carriers, planners, suppliers
- internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Verify Receiving/Shipping documentation and postings in business systems, investigate discrepancies such as missing purchase orders, invoices
- resolve issues promptly. Monitor dispatch activity in real time, confirm carrier drop/pickup schedules, maintain driver logs
- track open deliveries and shipment status. Process customer and carrier returns, debit/credit memos
- damaged goods documentation while ensuring proper communication and recordkeeping. Ensure safe and legally compliant handling, separation, palletizing, labeling
- documentation of dangerous goods and lithium-ion battery shipments. Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality alerts, workplace instructions
- assist with supplier/customer quality investigations. Maintain daily, weekly
- monthly operational metrics and reports related to shipping, receiving, returns, production, accuracy
- productivity. Promote a safe, organized
- compliant work environment by following company policies, inspecting equipment, maintaining housekeeping standards, participating in training

- Abilities Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners Good communication and teamwork skills Proactivity with a focus on results (KPIs) Organized and able to adhere to 5S principles Basic math, reading, writing
- measuring equipment skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) Working Conditions Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a warehouse setting (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels) Ability to lift, push, pull
