Mid-Level Loads and Dynamics Structural Analysis Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Vertical Lift Division is seeking a motivated and talented Mid-Level Loads and Dynamics Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Future Vertical Lift team in Ridley Park, PA.

Perform a wide variety of dynamics-related tasks which may include: vibration analysis using Finite Element Method or theoretical methods, natural frequency (RAP) tests, wind tunnel and flight test planning, monitoring, and reporting, multi-body dynamic analysis, data analysis of vibrations and loads, rotor smoothing factory support (track and balance), equipment shock-vibration qualification, signal analysis, dynamic loads, and others.

Primary responsibilities: Perform vibration analysis using Finite Element Method or theoretical methods Conduct natural frequency (RAP) tests Wind tunnel and flight test planning, monitoring, and reporting Multi-body dynamic analysis Data analysis of vibrations and loads Conduct Delivery Center Rotor Smoothing operations This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S.

Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Masters degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering Experience in the application of finite element theory Experience using Matlab for data analysis and plotting Knowledge of signal analysis in both time and frequency domains Typical Education: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
