Annual Price Increase (API) Query Management Receive, assess and respond to customer enquiries related to the API process. Log, and handle requests in line with established service standards. Identify the nature of each enquiry and route non-simulation requests to the appropriate Account Manager.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken to support audit and reporting requirements. API Simulation Support Review incoming requests to ensure they meet defined eligibility and validation criteria. Capture customer information from Salesforce and other approved business systems.

Use approved simulation tools to produce customer-specific pricing impact analyses. Prepare clear, accurate customer communications using approved templates. Verify that all outputs are complete, accurate and delivered within agreed timelines.

Data Quality and Compliance Follow detailed procedures, governance standards and operational controls. Handle customer and business information in accordance with data security, confidentiality and compliance requirements. Identify and raise data quality issues, operational risks or security concerns in a timely manner.

Chip in to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process integrity. Operational Perfection Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets. Find opportunities to improve processes, simplify workflows Maintain accurate documentation and activity records to support operational transparency.

Work closely with colleagues across Sales Operations, Pricing and Customer Support to deliver consistent service. What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Pricing Operations or a similar operational role.

Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills. Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritize. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach with a dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.

A willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve processes. Success Measures Consistently achieves service level agreement (SLA) targets. Delivers accurate, high-quality customer communications and pricing analyses. Completes work efficiently while meeting agreed turnaround times.
