Collaborates with clinical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement programs and protocols. Analyzes healthcare data, identifies trends and areas for improvement, and ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations What you will do Develops tactical and operational quality improvement plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensures that healthcare quality standards and regulations are met by monitoring and evaluating the performance of healthcare services, programs, and processes. Lead and manage Accreditation and readiness standards. Identifies improvement areas within healthcare processes, systems, and operations, and works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Assesses and interprets data related to healthcare quality metrics, outcomes, and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collects and analyzes healthcare project data to measure outcomes, identify variations, and track progress toward quality improvement goals.
Collaborates with various stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, pharmacists, and other internal teams to facilitate the execution of quality improvement initiatives. Promotes patient-centered care by involving patients and families in quality improvement efforts, encouraging their participation, gathering feedback, and incorporating their perspectives into decision-making processes.
Leads performance improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall healthcare quality, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency. Lead and drive a team in the Strategy of developing and implementing performance improvement plans, monitor team progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in collaboration with operational leadership, value-based care, and other quality management teams.
Participates in committees and work groups focused on healthcare quality and process improvement methodologies. Candidate may reside anywhere in the US Required Qualifications 3-5 years related work experience or project management In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications PMP including experience leading and managing projects Certified in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) Education Associates degree or specialized certification required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
