We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business. We are looking for a Principal leader to manage internal business relationships sitting at the intersection of Amazon’s businesses and the HRSI team. The Principal will lead a small team of Regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in India who provide support to regional business teams as they integrate human rights risk management into their businesses. This leader will support multiple complex relationships across the company

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development) - Experience in supply chain, commodity
  • supplier management in a high volume, global sourcing and operations manufacturing environment with a global supply base of contract manufacturers - 10+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance, ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility, human rights due diligence
  • related fields. - Extensive years of experience at a senior level, working on human rights, labor rights, multi-stakeholder initiatives, international development, labor rights training

  • Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development) - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation
