- As a Cycle Counter II, you will serve as a foundational member of the plant’s inventory control team, dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You are a detail-oriented and reliable professional responsible for the precise execution of daily cycle counts and the accurate entry of data into our SAP system. Your primary mission is to provide the accurate, real-time data needed to help correct our significant inventory discrepancies. By diligently performing physical counts, verifying stock locations
- conducting initial variance checks, you will play a vital role in creating a reliable bridge between our physical warehouse and our financial records. This position is essential for establishing the discipline and accuracy required to meet Bosch’s global standards for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities · Execute Daily Cycle Counts & Data Entry (70%): o Execute daily, scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP)
- finished goods according to SAP-generated count sheets and ABC classifications. o Enter physical count data into SAP S/4HANA with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness to maintain system integrity. o Verify that physical inventory locations match system records
- report any misplaced stock, labeling errors
- damaged materials to the Senior Cycle Counter. o Ensure all materials are handled and stored properly according to company procedures. · Perform First-Level Discrepancy Checks (20%): o Perform immediate recount verifications when initial counts do not match system balances to confirm discrepancies. o Conduct basic research for simple variances, such as checking adjacent storage bins or confirming unit of measure. o Escalate all unresolved discrepancies to the Senior Cycle Counter for in-depth, second-level investigation. o Assist the Senior Cycle Counter in gathering data for root-cause analysis as needed. · Adhere to Process & Safety Standards (10%): o Strictly adhere to all established inventory control policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- clearly labeled inventory storage areas to facilitate efficient and safe counting processes. o Proactively identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in count routes or basic processes to enhance efficiency.
- Qualifications · Essential Experience & Specialized Knowledge: o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an inventory, warehouse, or logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. o Hands-on experience with inventory counting or stock-taking is required. o Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- practical experience with SAP is highly preferred. · Skills and Abilities: o Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. o Possesses a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently to complete assigned daily tasks. o Good mathematical and analytical skills. o Effective communication skills for reporting issues clearly. o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. o Spanish language is a plus · Education: o High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Salary and Benefits: The hourly range for the position is $19.23- $23.08/hour. The individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
