Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps/ DevSecOps Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, and platform engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ), Kubernetes, and DevSecOps best practices. This role will be responsible for designing, automating, securing, and operating scalable application platforms while enabling development teams through robust CI/CD pipelines and observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions . Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments. Develop reusable automation scripts using Python and Bash .

Implement GitOps and infrastructure automation best practices. Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS . Develop Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) solutions using Terraform . Automate configuration management and server provisioning using Ansible .

Optimize cloud resource utilization , security, and cost. Containerization & Kubernetes Build and manage containerized applications using Docker . Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes . Package and deploy applications using Helm Charts .

Troubleshoot cluster performance, networking, and scalability issues. Monitoring & Observability Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana . Manage centralized logging and analytics using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) .

Perform root cause analysis and proactively improve platform reliability. Application & Platform Engineering Support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy REST APIs .

Improve system performance, resiliency, and scalability. Participate in architecture reviews and platform modernization initiatives. Security & DevSecOps Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines. Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability management, secrets management, container security, and policy enforcement.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Promote secure coding and deployment practices across engineering teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevSecOps .

Strong experience with: Git Linux administration Bash/Python scripting Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions Docker Kubernetes Helm Terraform Ansible AWS Cloud Prometheus & Grafana ELK Stack Strong understanding of: TCP/IP networking DNS Load Balancing SSL/TLS Microservices architecture RESTful APIs Experience troubleshooting production issues in cloud-native environments.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. Exposure to Kubernetes security and policy management. Knowledge of Security Scanning tools (SAST, DAST, Container Scanning). Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd ).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are a plus. Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ownership mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
