- go to market alongside AWS services — shaping the partner technology story and coordinating build-market-sell motions across distributed global teams. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own high-visibility programs at the intersection of AWS service strategy and ISV partner engagement. In this role, you will manage programs that determine how strategic partners are aligned to AWS priorities, coordinate cross-functional execution across partner organizations, specialist teams
- drive the mechanisms that enable partners to move quickly alongside AWS. You will manage complex program lifecycles with multiple concurrent workstreams, strict timing constructs
- multi-level approval chains. You will drive process improvement and automation — identifying manual bottlenecks and working with engineering teams to build scalable, repeatable workflows. This position can be based in Jersey City, Seattle, New York, DC/Arlington

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
