As part of GSC SysOps, you will own the design, development
  • execution of automated User Acceptance Testing across all sales compensation workflows within the Varicent ICM system, ensuring that every system change meets business requirements before reaching production. Objectives for this role will include building the UAT automation framework, orchestrating test execution across compensation workflows, integrating AI to increase testing efficiency
  • driving continuous improvement in test coverage and reliability. This role requires working with global business owners in HR, Legal, Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue, Segmentation, Product & Technology
