- Here at Amazon we are currently seeking for experienced Area Manager to join the business and play a critical role in leading our team of associates within our Delivery Station in Cavan, SA Do you have a passion for motivating, mentoring

As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities - Leading and developing a team of Amazon associates - Lead by example and with empathy - Maintaining Health and Safety standards
- promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site. - Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives. - Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools - You'll need to push, pull, squat, bend

- you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately
- cost-effectively as possible. Along with your peers, you’ll ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
