The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of business initiatives from inception to production.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define scope, estimate effort, and identify technical dependencies.
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes
- industry standards Translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and application development, with 5+ years in Technical Lead capacity.
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of core Java, including multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, enterprise integration patterns and web application security risks.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, including advanced SQL, PL/SQL development, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database schema design.
- Experience in implementing and managing distributed caching solutions such as Hazelcast or Redis to optimize application performance, manage session state
