- Off-Amazon Shopping (OAS) is redefining how Amazon acquires, understands
- serves products from across the internet on Amazon's surfaces. We power the experiences that bridge OAS merchants and Amazon shoppers - enabling seamless product ingestion into the Amazon catalog, product discovery, checkout

- building tools for merchant onboarding and business management on Amazon. We are looking for a Sr. TPM to drive projects that make this possible. You will coordinate across a complex multi-org program while engaging deeply with the technology, shaping decisions, resolving ambiguity early
- building mechanisms that let the org move fast without breaking quality. Key job responsibilities - Align and track goals across the OAS program and partner Amazon organizations, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies
- risks at every level. - Coordinate cross-team projects, including building scalable mechanisms for planning, execution, monitoring
- reporting. - Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to align project execution with customer requirements, working backwards from the customer experience to define priorities and success criteria. - Partner with engineering teams to engage deeply with system architecture - understand the technical stack well enough to challenge designs, spot gaps and risks early
- propose alternative technical approaches during planning and execution.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
