Fleet Administration Specialist

What we do. Electric Car Leasing Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Administration Specialist to join our team. You will play a key part in our fleet operations by managing essential vehicle administration, including processing PCNs, handling registration documentation, coordinating total loss claims, and managing safety recall notices.

This role requires high focus and accuracy, consistent attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision, manages their time effectively, and collaborates seamlessly with the wider team.

Location: Based in our London office 5 days a week Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5:30 with a great team dynamic.
