Responsibilities
- Design and implement Appian-based solutions aligning with business requirements.
- Develop workflows, processes, and applications using Appian tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Appian development.
- Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
- Actively participate in agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning.
- Experience & Qualifications Experience Required: 6–8 years of professional experience in Appian development.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying Appian workflows and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Preferred Sector Expertise While sector-specific expertise is not mandatory, experience working across diverse industries will be considered a plus.
