  • (3) experience with purchasing and expense management, including purchasing and procurement processes and ensuring timely reimbursement of executive's expenses
  • (4) experience with space management, including overseeing office space design and buildouts and directing other assistants to execute seating arrangements for a large and globally-disbursed organization
  • (5) experience with team communications, including effectively communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • (6) handling confidential and sensitive information
  • (7) strategic planning and proactively creating workback schedules to ensure readiness for business cycle events and that deadlines are met
