Role Introduction / Overview The Chauffeur Services Team seeks a dedicated professional to provide safe, efficient and high-quality chauffeur services to Managing Directors, senior executives and clients. Working Hours Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, worked on a shift basis over five days out of seven, including weekends where required.
Shift schedules will be communicated in advance and determined in line with business and client requirements. Daily start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Employees may be required to work additional hours from time to time to meet business needs.
Any overtime will be managed in accordance with company policy and applicable working time regulations. Job Allocation Assignments will be allocated by the Central Reservation Desk via the Event Management System (EMS). Flexibility is required as business priorities and client requirements may necessitate changes to scheduled assignments.
Business / Team Overview Global Hospitality Services (GHS) UK, Europe and MEA Clusters deliver a range of workplace and client services, including Chauffeur, Colleague & Client Dining, Conferencing, Fitness Centres, Reception and Vending Services.
The team supports colleagues and clients across the firm, delivering a professional and high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe, professional and discreet chauffeur service to senior executives, colleagues and clients.
Ensure assigned vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation. Monitor traffic and route conditions to ensure efficient and timely journeys. Maintain accurate journey, time and administrative records within Citi systems.
Work collaboratively with the Central Reservation Desk and wider team to deliver an efficient service. Comply with all applicable driving, health and safety, and company policies and procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Citi appropriately at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Significant chauffeur experience in a corporate or executive environment. Full clean UK driving licence. Strong knowledge of London and surrounding areas. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business requirements. Professional, reliable and highly organised. Proficient in basic computer applications.
