- Amazon Leo is seeking a Localization Programme Manager to manage creative production and localization for Amazon Leo's full funnel marketing campaigns across international markets. You will coordinate creative development workflows across awareness, consideration

- localization partners to facilitate seamless creative production. This role reports to the Head of Brand Marketing and provides operational support for executing Amazon Leo's integrated brand and performance campaigns across B2C and B2B verticals. Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end localization workflows across international locales, managing translation processes, cultural adaptation, and locale-specific quality assurance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate feedback and sign-off on translated copy, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency
- Manage relationships with localization vendors and translation agencies, establishing clear processes for asset handoff, review cycles, and approval workflows
- Own work-back plans for localization, establishing production timelines that account for localization requirements across brand, mid-funnel, and performance creative
- Develop and maintain localization tracking systems, monitoring asset status across languages and locales, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively resolving issues
- Lead coordination between channels to ensure cohesive campaign creative across owned, earned, and paid media, maintaining consistent messaging across all funnel stages and locales
- Ensure creative assets meet locale-specific technical requirements, regulatory standards, and cultural sensitivities while maintaining global brand consistency
- Coordinate briefing sessions with translation agencies and production partners, ensuring understanding of campaign context, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and cultural nuances
- Manage quality assurance for localized assets, ensuring translations maintain brand voice, messaging accuracy, and creative intent
- Manage creative asset library and version control, ensuring teams have access to approved assets in all required languages and variations
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale localization processes, developing repeatable frameworks across locales and campaigns A day in the life You'll review production dashboards tracking asset delivery across multiple campaigns, funnel stages

- Experience in professional non-internship marketing - Experience in localization, programme management
- related field - Experience managing localization workflows and coordinating with translation agencies or localization vendors - Experience managing production timelines, budgets
- resources across multiple projects - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail - Experience with creative asset management and file organization systems - Advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing in English - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate across multiple teams
- Experience managing international, multi-market campaigns with extensive localization requirements - Experience developing or managing localization quality assurance processes and review workflows - Experience coordinating translation workflows at scale across multiple languages simultaneously - Experience in technology, telecommunications
- B2B marketing - Track record of delivering creative assets on time, on budget
- to quality standards - Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (Asana, Workfront, etc.) - Experience with localization management platforms and translation management systems (TMS) - Experience with creative asset management systems and digital asset management (DAM) platforms - Additional languages beyond English (French, German, Spanish, Italian
