This highly visible role serves as the face of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, executives, and business partners. The Office Coordinator manages front desk operations, coordinates meetings and events, supports workplace services, and partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure efficient office operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a wide range of office and administrative functions.

What You Will Do Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners entering the office. Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries.

Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and readiness for meetings and events. Manage catering requests and meeting logistics for office events, training sessions, and executive visits. Create and distribute visitor access credentials and security badges in accordance with company procedures.

Partner with Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the enterprise to coordinate meetings and workplace activities. Support executive visits by ensuring meeting spaces, catering, and office logistics are properly arranged. Assist with planning and coordinating office events, employee activities, and large-scale meetings.

Ensure common areas, conference rooms, and office spaces remain organized, functional, and presentation-ready. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Farmers Branch, TX. 2+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, Workplace Coordinator, or similar administrative support role.

Experience working in a professional office or corporate environment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating meetings, conference rooms, scheduling, or office logistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, visitors, vendors, and business partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting office operations in a large corporate environment. Office Manager or Workplace Experience.

Experience coordinating executive visits and leadership meetings. Experience planning or supporting office events and employee engagement activities. Experience working with Executive Assistants and senior leadership teams. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and increase operational efficiency.

Experience supporting a high-volume office environment with multiple stakeholders. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
