The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $135,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The North America Logistics team operates within Global Logistics to deliver a premium consumer experience anchored in reliability, speed, and precision. This role partners across transportation providers, internal logistics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, reporting into Transportation leadership and collaborating closely with distribution, customs, and trade teams.

The candidate will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations Experience working with and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive operational improvements Strong analytical capabilities and data management experience Experience in the footwear or retail industry is a plus WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will help power a transportation network that delivers the right product to the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize transportation operations across first, mid
- final mile legs Partner with transportation providers to monitor performance and drive accountability Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify trends, gaps
- opportunities for improvement Lead execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability
- cost performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including distribution, customs
