Product Manager
- We are looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join the EU Capacity Planning team. You will own capacity planning for a defined scope of the European fulfillment network — monitoring inventory cube levels, forecasting capacity requirements, identifying capacity risks
- driving operational decisions that keep the network running efficiently. You will work with large datasets, build analytical frameworks
- present findings to senior stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to take full accountability for your network scope, proactively surface risks
- collaborate across multiple teams to solve problems. Key job responsibilities - Own weekly and quarterly capacity planning for an assigned segment of the EU fulfillment network (e.g., a region, node type
- product category) - Monitor and report on key capacity metrics: bin/template fullness, pallet utilization, inventory cube, NSTA (No-Stow-Turn-Away) rates
- Average Weight per Unit (AWU) trends - Build and maintain statistical forecasts for cube utilization, volume
- capacity constraints at site and network level - Identify capacity risks weeks in advance and propose mitigation actions to Operations and S&OP teams - Support peak event planning (Prime, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) — contributing to strategy documents, daily execution calls
- post-event reviews - Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards that feed into weekly business reviews and leadership updates - Contribute to cross-functional programs such as cost-out initiatives, new FC launches, network re-measurement
- fulfillment strategy changes - Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence About the team etwork — spanning AR (Amazon Robotics), Traditional Non-Sort (TNS), Vendor Flex
- specialty nodes across EU5. We forecast cube and capacity requirements, monitor inventory fullness, plan for peak events
- drive cost-out initiatives across 100+ fulfillment centers. The team operates at the intersection of supply chain planning, data analytics
- cross-functional program execution, partnering daily with Operations, Finance, S&OP, PPT, ACES, SCOT and Placement.
- MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python) - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - 1+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, cube/inventory management
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R
- equivalent) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab
