- more equitable for everyone. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager I to join the APAC TA Stores BizOps team. In this role, you will own the rhythm of business for the APAC PMO — driving business review cadences, maintaining governance mechanisms
- taking up programs aligned to organizational priorities. You will analyze data to identify trends, build mechanisms that solve business problems programmatically
- ensure the PMO continues to progress toward its strategic objectives. This role combines the rigor of program management with the operational awareness of BizOps — you will not just coordinate, but actively contribute to how the team identifies issues, structures solutions
- delivers outcomes at scale. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong program management fundamentals, written communication, stakeholder management
- the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities Own and coordinate the MBR/WBR cadence for APAC TA Stores — including stakeholder input collection, quality review, document compilation
- action item tracking through to closure Maintain the overall rhythm of business for the PMO, ensuring goal reviews, operating cadences
- leadership reporting mechanisms run on schedule and drive accountability Manage PMO Governance Calls including agenda preparation, facilitation
- execution for Bi-Weekly Work Review & Intake Calls, Spotlight Calls
- Monthly PMO Team Meetings Manage internal Wiki and knowledge resources, ensuring content governance and supporting swimlane owners in maintaining their pages Take up programs aligned to organizational priorities and drive them end-to-end — defining scope, creating project plans, managing timelines
- delivering measurable outcomes Identify operational issues and solve them in a programmatic manner — building repeatable mechanisms, frameworks
- processes rather than one-off fixes Work cross-functionally with TA leaders and regional stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities
- remove blockers Analyze operational data and business review documents to identify trends, surface recurring issues
- highlight patterns that require leadership intervention Build tracking mechanisms to provide visibility into program health, goal progress
- operational performance Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership, enabling proactive decision-making over reactive mechanisms About the team The APAC TA Stores PMO BizOps team operates at the intersection of program management and business operations — we don't just coordinate, we identify problems, build mechanisms

- 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience - Bachelor's degree
