Job Description Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction. Document call details and update records in the system.

Follow company policies and process guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. ( non technical graduates ) Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge. Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
