Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Product Integration Overview The Global Product Integration team partners with Product, Engineering
  • Customer Delivery teams to ensure new Mastercard products and enhancements are ready for successful implementation and support globally. This role drives product readiness activities, develops scalable implementation and testing processes, creates delivery guidance and training

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to assess delivery impacts and readiness requirements for new products and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain implementation guidance, testing approaches, training materials, and delivery documentation.
  • Drive product readiness activities and ensure deliverables meet governance, quality, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with regional delivery teams to improve processes, share best practices, and support product adoption.
  • Establish reporting and readiness metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training and enablement programs that prepare Customer Delivery teams to support new products effectively.
  • Support executive communications and cross-functional alignment related to product launches and readiness initiatives. All About You
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, or Testing organizations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear guidance.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience creating scalable processes, documentation, training, or implementation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with payments, APIs, testing processes, ISO messaging, or customer delivery is preferred. Success in the Role

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
