Our Diabetes Care division is dedicated to helping people manage their diabetes through life-changing products that deliver accurate data for better-informed health decisions. Through our innovative sensing technology, we are revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels.
As Finance Manager FP&A Diabetes Care, you will be a trusted partner to the business, helping shape decisions through insightful financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will turn data into meaningful business recommendations, identify opportunities for growth, and support strategic initiatives.
In this highly visible role, you will contribute to business success while driving continuous improvement and fostering strong collaborative relationships across the organization. This role reports to Manager Controlling DACH. Please note: For this role, we will only consider applicants with demonstrated professional fluency in German and English.
What You'll Do Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities for the Diabetes Care business. Own annual planning, LBE, and forecast cycles, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and financial insights. Develop and maintain financial models, assumptions, and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
Deliver meaningful variance analyses and performance reporting, identifying key risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership. Act as a trusted finance business partner, collaborating closely with commercial and cross-functional teams.
Support pricing, profitability, and investment analyses to drive sustainable business growth. Lead financial planning and monitoring of operating expenses, projects, and capital investments. Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and business insights to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality while supporting strategic initiatives and product launches. What You'll Bring Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering within a dynamic, preferably international environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial information into business recommendations; fluent English required, German and healthcare, medical device, or life sciences experience are advantageous.
