Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Software Application Test Lead working full-time on-site at Scott Air Force Base.
In this position you be responsible for software testing service, completion and decisions at the program level. You will join an agile cross-functional team that supports your skill development and successful software delivery. Position Responsibilities: Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status Lead adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes) Mentorship, training, and support of mid-level & entry-level testers Program test strategy & architecture Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree Active U.S.
Secret Clearance or higher 5+ years of software testing experience 3+ Automated testing & scripting experience 3+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience 10+ years of software testing experience 5+ Automated testing & scripting experience 5+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience Completed STEM Bachelor’s Degree or higher Software development and DevOps experience Technical writing experience Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.

Summary base pay range $80,000 - $103,000 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Export Control Requirement: This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
