We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. In role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth.
As a Group Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.. Job Responsibilities: Lead the success and development of one or more large products or a product area, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
Effectively prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility, making necessary trade-offs and communicating timelines to senior leadership. Review and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure product requirements are clear and comprehensive.
Oversee A/B testing across the team, ensuring tests are complementary, properly sequenced, and actionable upon completion. Identify opportunities for user research and guide the team in collaborating with UX to set goals and synthesize findings.
Ensure the product area is well-measured, with complementary KPIs across projects. Set appropriate KPIs , establish accurate tracking, and derive insights from raw data. Collaborate with senior product team members to craft and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategies and KPIs.
Identify and recruit high-performing product team members to strengthen the product management function. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.

Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years in product management or equivalent roles, including experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in A/B testing, qualitative research methodologies, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
- Ability to use a computer monitor and read small text for extended periods.
- Occasional standing and walking within the office for meetings or collaboration.
- Lifting or carrying light objects such as laptops, office supplies, or documents (typically up to 10–15 lbs ).
- Clear verbal communication for phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
- Ability to focus in an open office environment or while using noise-canceling devices.
- Occasional bending, reaching, or crouching to access filing cabinets or office storage.
- Minimal travel (if applicable) for training, meetings, or company events.
