- Job Title Product Industrialization Program Manager Job Description As Product Industrialization Program Manager, you are in the lead for the execution and release of new product introductions and Manufacturing Transfer in the global supply chain and operations (design transfer) with minimal disruption of customer deliveries. You are responsible for driving the industrialization Project management, Strategic Transformation Program and represent the operations and the supply chain in the integral project team. Your role: Leads the planning and execution of complex manufacturing projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with Philips' organizational strategy and objectives across multiple business domains and knowledge centers and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives Industrialization Project, Program Management of all Industrialization deliverables to meet Schedule, Cost, and Quality Requirements Drive the Strategic transformation programs to establish flexible & lean supply chain considering current geopolitical situations Formulates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management
- The plan includes resources, costs, risk assessment and quality aspects. Manages multiple interdependencies and business risks related to product introduction activities. Drives industrial and supply chain improvements/processes in PDLM focusing on Design for manufacturing, Design for Supply Chain and industrial quality. Process owner for the processes in the relevant area like process validation. Ensures employees work compliant and provide sufficient training to keep up-to-standard. Keeps abreast of new regulations and assess impact for own work Ensure optimum process capability, adherence to quality standards, and DfMAT (design for manufacturability, assembly, and test) best practices are leveraged Leading and cooperating with an Operations project team including engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, catalog management and manufacturing Representing Operations in the integral project team and acting as Single Point of Contact between Operations and the cross functional project team Identify and drive manufacturing/engineering/value chain improvements during product development projects & transfer projects and drive product improvements regarding variety, cost, quality, and failure rate, implementing DfMAT principles Identify the impact of new products on the current supply chain architecture and manufacturing concepts to develop the required architecture and solutions, initiate the deployment and define guidelines and execute implementation Leading the implementation in the supply chain of project related Engineering Changes Cooperate with stakeholders to define the supply chain and manufacturing concepts of new products with optimal landed costs
- Driving operational excellence of project execution to achieve first time right predictable project execution. Researches and evaluates emerging trends, technologies
- best practices in manufacturing, incorporating relevant advancements into project plans to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Philips. Offers strategic recommendations and insights based on project learnings and outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of Philips' manufacturing processes and capabilities. Synthesizes project data and information into comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved

You're the right fit if you have: Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master degree in a technical field, Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/ Production/Industrial Engineering PMP level or equivalent mandatory, Track record in project management. Technical/Functional Competencies: Project, Program Management especially in New Product Introduction, Global Mfg. transfers & Strategic Transformation Manufacturing Fundamentals in medical device manufacturing Engg. Change Management, Integrated Supply Chain Management, Risk Management Lifecycle Management Fundamentals, Process & Industrial Engineering Operation excellence methodology (LEAN, 6 Sigma) Medical Device regulation knowledge (nice to have) Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, AI, Data Integration (Preferred) Conceptual thinking capabilities (Translate Global Architecture to requirements and Design and determine production impact) Ability to resolve complex issues in creative ways and influence stakeholders accordingly Work Experience: Min 12+ years in a complex assembly/test industry, Preferably in Medical device Project, Program Management in global environment Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams & projects Should have experience on New Product Introduction (NPI) Industrial Integration and Global Mfg. transfers Strategic Transformation wrt Manufacturing & Supply chain Global Supply chain set up Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering Change Management Process Qualification/Validation Manufacturing Infra Establishment Design for Manufacturability, Assembly & Testing (DFM/DFA/DFMAT) Supplier assessment, selection & APQP Deployment Capex & Opex Management Experience in quality management systems (preferably in the medical industry) Behavioural Competencies: People, Stakeholder Management & ability to lead in matrix environment cross-functional teams Global environment (must) Networking & Collaborations Result and quality oriented Excellent communicative and social skills Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams Hands-on can-do mentality A promoter for diversity and inclusion How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
