- Tracks and shares performance of digital commerce workstream at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators
- Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.
- Identify marketplace risk trends and translate findings into process improvements, policy recommendations, and operational controls.
- Develop and improve compliance workflows, review procedures, enforcement standards, and escalation paths.
- Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area
- Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports
- Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities
- Support training, onboarding, coaching, and knowledge-sharing for compliance analysts and cross-functional partners.
- Help define quality assurance standards, audit processes, and performance metrics for the compliance function.
- Contribute to marketplace policy updates and ensure enforcement teams understand and apply policies consistently. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Operations or relevant field.
- 6-7 yrs Experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations. Preferred Skills/Education:
