Become a part of our caring community We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physician Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the physician recruitment process, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities Manage candidate communications and support a positive candidate experience. Schedule interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate travel requests and support related logistics. Gather and track interview feedback from hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in applicant tracking and recruitment systems. Create reports, presentations, and documentation to support recruitment activities. Support conference attendance planning and logistics, ensuring arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 1 or more years of experience in customer service, project administration, healthcare project coordination, or administrative support, preferably with responsibilities involving scheduling, communication, process coordination, and tracking information across multiple systems.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must live within commuting distance of Humana's office located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Workday ATS, and Phenom CRM. Additional Information This is a remote position; however, the candidate may be required to occasionally work on-site at the Humana Waterside office located in Louisville, Kentucky based on business need for support.
Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved business travel. This role reports to a Manager in Talent Acquisition. This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) and pays at an hourly rate.Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work part-time to full-time hours based on business need.
VSP associates are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits, which are effective upon hire. Work hours may vary based on business needs and assigned tasks. Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
