About the Team Builder Operations, Systems & Services (BOTS) owns the developer experience, CI/CD infrastructure, and production services that power satellite software delivery. We build the platforms that every engineer depends on to compile, test, sign, and deploy software to orbit and ground — at scale, with five-nines availability.
About the Role We are looking for a Software Development Engineer with experience designing and operating large-scale backend services, a strong security mindset, and deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure (IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, S3).
Experience with Agentic AI development (Bedrock, AgentCore) and proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or GoLang is highly valued. You will participate in all phases of software development — from requirements through implementation, test, and operations.
This includes designing scalable solutions using the AWS stack, partnering with embedded software systems, and architecting software distribution and deployment infrastructure for satellites. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, designing flexible solutions to novel problems, and thriving in an open, collaborative environment
Basic Qualifications
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed backend services Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure patterns Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript, Python
- GoLang Experience with CI/CD systems and data planes, build systems and pipelines( Brazil)
- deployment automation Strong understanding of IAM, permissions models

- 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 8+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 8+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
