Join CE&S and help us accelerate AI transformation for our customers and the world.As a Manager of Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) in the Customer Success organization, you will lead a high-performing team of senior technical experts who help enterprise customers design and deploy secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Your leadership will be grounded in Microsoft’s principles of creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and technical excellence. You will model, coach, and care for your team, supporting their development through continuous learning and certification, while aligning their work to Microsoft’s AI and cloud strategy.
In this role, you’ll oversee delivery excellence across infrastructure, applications, and data engagements, ensuring your team drives customer outcomes through architectural leadership, innovation, and operational best practices. You’ll partner closely with engineering, field, and global delivery teams to scale impact, resolve blockers, and embed repeatable IP into delivery.
As a strategic leader, you’ll represent the voice of the customer, contribute to product evolution, and empower your team to lead innovation at scale. This role is flexible in that you can work up to [50% / up to 100% from home / This role is Microsoft onsite only].

Empower your team to deliver secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions across infrastructure, applications, and data by coaching on architectural best practices, customer engagement, and value-based delivery. Drive delivery excellence from your team overseeing Unified and Factory engagements, resolving blockers, and embedding repeatable IP into delivery guides to scale impact across the organization.
Manage team performance and business outcomes by aligning work to Microsoft’s cloud and AI strategy, tracking key metrics, and ensuring delivery against customer commitments and area targets. pact across the organization. Champion customer success by guiding your team to act as trusted advisors, represent the voice of the customer to engineering, and influence product roadmaps through strategic feedback.
Promote team’s continuous learning and technical intensity through skilling plans, certifications, and technical leadership, while collaborating with Worldwide Learning to develop new learning content. You will focus on [Insert Technology focus] in the Cloud & AI Customer Experience & Success Org Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers Preferred Qualifications (PQs): 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 6+ years experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) or breadth of technical experience and knowledge in foundational application development and tooling, foundational AI, architecture design, with strong technical understanding of cloud deployment scenarios and workloads and proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions 5+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600.00 - $272,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
