Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and reactively expanding business banking relationships where the business is unable to interface with the bank digitally and must be supported through in market interactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Manage and Service a portfolio of Business Banking clients that do not use digital tools (it may require specialized lending and/or servicing support). 2.

Consistently deliver a differentiated client experience through proactive outreach to clients to support client needs. 3. Refer business and personal financial needs of assigned clients through the appropriate channel according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). 4.

Monitor, maintain and update activity, pipeline, and other pertinent information using the Bank’s client relationship management (CRM) system. 5. Execute on all risk, operational, policy and quality expectations related to assigned client portfolio.

Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Understanding of business banking underwriting and loan structure (business banking segment: $2MM - $10MM in sales) 2.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Proven self-starter with problem-solving abilities 4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 5. Very efficient with demonstrated attention to detail and follow up 6. Demonstrated ability to utilize basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software 7.

Ability to travel, occasionally overnight Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education and related training 2.
