Power BI Developer

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports. Build and optimize complex DAX measures, data models, and semantic layers. Develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and Data Warehouse concepts.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. Ensure data quality through validations, reconciliations, and performance optimization. Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.

Drive AI adoption using Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, and other GenAI tools to improve productivity. Automate reporting, QC, documentation, and development activities using AI. Support Power BI integration with web applications and enterprise platforms.

Contribute to analytics modernization and AI-driven delivery initiatives within MiPortal. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Power BI development. Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization. Advanced SQL/T-SQL and Data Warehousing knowledge.

Experience with large datasets and performance tuning. Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Power BI Embedded and API integrations. Python for automation and analytics. Experience in AI/GenAI solution development. Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer analytics domains React.js and Node.js development experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile Owns end-to-end delivery of business-critical analytics solutions. Demonstrates strong technical leadership and innovation mindset. Proven experience driving automation and AI-led productivity improvements. Able to work independently and mentor team members.
