- We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialist to join our team and drive accuracy in accessorial claims auditing. In this role, you'll audit claims with precision, identify trends and anomalies

Key job responsibilities - Assist with auditing of accessorial claims - Communicate internally with team to resolve issues - Perform deep dives into accessorial charges and analyze data - Assist with other operational workflows A day in the life As a Transportation Specialist on the XBE team, your day centers on auditing accessorial claims with precision — cross-referencing carrier-submitted charges against contracts, shipment records
- delivery documentation to approve or deny claims based on evidence. Beyond auditing, you'll analyze trends across claim cycles to identify patterns such as carrier over-billing or lane-specific spikes
- translate those findings into actionable reporting for leadership. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with teammates during stand-ups, investigate and resolve inbound process disruptions, pull data sets to support team workflows
- flex into ad hoc projects as priorities shift. It's a role that demands attention to detail, critical thinking
- the ability to move seamlessly between independent deep dives and cross-functional collaboration. About the team The Amazon Transportation Services (GL) XBE team is focused on learning, innovating

- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word
- Excel) experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
