  • delivery documentation to approve or deny claims based on evidence. Beyond auditing, you'll analyze trends across claim cycles to identify patterns such as carrier over-billing or lane-specific spikes
  • translate those findings into actionable reporting for leadership. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with teammates during stand-ups, investigate and resolve inbound process disruptions, pull data sets to support team workflows
  • flex into ad hoc projects as priorities shift. It's a role that demands attention to detail, critical thinking
