Executive Sourcing Specialist Description - Role Summary HP’s People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. The Executive Sourcing Specialist partners with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to identify , engage, and build pipelines of senior talent (Director+) .

This role drives proactive market intelligence, competitive mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies to support critical leadership hiring and long-term succession planning.
