- operational excellence A day in the life As a Software Development Manager in the Transact organization, you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement. Your day might include collaborating with your engineering team on architectural decisions for data movement tools, connecting with customers to understand their evolving needs
- working alongside product and partner teams to refine the roadmap. You'll mentor engineers through complex technical challenges, participate in design reviews that shape our multi-region strategy

- 7+ years of engineering experience - 3+ years of engineering team management experience - 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification
- livesite operations - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams
- senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs
