Our values – care, courage and curiosity – guide how we work and how we treat each other. About the role We are looking for a Planner Shutdown Strategy to support the delivery of shutdown workforce strategies through effective mobilisation, vendor engagement and contract execution.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and commercially aware professional to contribute to a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. This role is Monday to Friday, Perth based in our Central Park building. Reporting to the Principal Asset Management and working in a challenging and collaborative environment within the Asset Management team, you will be: Coordinating labour resourcing activities for shutdowns across multiple sites Managing and verifying labour requests aligned to existing contracts and shutdown requirements Review, prepare and issue RFQs to vendors, clearly defining labour numbers, skill/role requirements, and mobilisation dates.
Assessing RFQ responses, evaluating vendor quotes for contractual compliance and supporting vendor selection decisions Creating and managing purchase requisitions in SAP for shutdown labour across individual sites Building strong stakeholder relationships across operations, vendors and internal teams About you A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Experience in shutdown planning, logistics mobilisation, or workforce coordination Demonstrated capability in contract verification, RFQ evaluation, and vendor engagement Working knowledge of SAP for procurement or purchase order requisition creation (preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you’ve helped the world progress.
