- Role Overview:
- We're looking for a seasoned facilities leader to take ownership of our manufacturing and industrial operations across 10+ locations worldwide. As Director of Facilities, you'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient
- well-maintained facilities — setting the strategic direction while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you thrive in complex, multi-site environments and love building high-performing teams, this role is for you.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all facilities operations across a large portfolio of manufacturing and industrial sites, ensuring each location meets safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Partner with Strategy and Workplace Operations to develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals
- Manage a team of regional facilities managers and on-site staff, providing mentorship, clear direction, and accountability
- Own buildout strategy and execution
- Own the capital and operating budgets for facilities across all sites — identifying cost efficiencies without compromising safety or quality
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lease management, vendor relationships, and contractor negotiations across the portfolio
- Partner with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) teams to ensure all sites remain safe and compliant
- Lead or support major capital projects including renovations, expansions, and new site buildouts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, serving as a trusted partner on all facilities-related matters
- Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing large facilities budgets and capital projects
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), industrial equipment maintenance, and EHS compliance
- Experience with facilities management software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can navigate conversations with frontline technicians and the c-suite equally well
- A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed
