HCP Marketing Manager, ATTR Office Location: Wilmington, DE (ONSITE/HYBRID) At AstraZeneca, we turn ideas into life‑changing medicines. In this role, you will execute promotional strategies, lead content development, and support the overall HCP engagement plan. You’ll work within an agile team in the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, partnering cross‑functionally and embracing innovation to enhance customer impact.
Role Overview Main Duties & Responsibilities Provide ongoing marketing support to sales teams through tools, content, messaging, and resources that drive field effectiveness and customer engagement. Actively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on day-to-day brand strategy execution to ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable impact.
Monitor the market environment, competitive landscape, and key trends to inform strategy, positioning, and campaign optimization. Translate and execute key strategic imperatives for Transforming Patient Care into actionable, integrated plans across channels and customer segments.
Participate in the annual operational planning process, including budget inputs, resource planning, and channel mix recommendations. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research; develop customer and market insights that shape brand strategies, content, and experience design.
Define and execute success metrics; analyze brand performance programs; synthesize findings into clear recommendations and action plans. Engage customers based on preferences and behaviors; tailor messaging and experiences to improve relevance, reach, and outcomes.
Use innovative digital capabilities and omnichannel tools to enhance customer interactions and enable efficiency in ways of working. Demonstrate openness to new ideas ; pilot and scale innovative approaches that improve execution, brand impact, and patient outcomes.
Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams , such as, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure coherent, compliant, and effective delivery. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 0–3+ years of experience in one or combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, marketing, or advertising and or related industries Preferred Requirements Sales and/or sales leadership experience preferred Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science Demonstrated Learning Agility Pay Transparency / On-Site Office Policy The annual base pay for this position ranges from $143,000 - $175,000 USD Annual.
Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
