Your new role This role will be responsible for supporting the build out and execution of Portfolio Management Capability in Diversified Industries.
This includes sourcing and producing the analysis, financial modelling and insights required to support senior management, the business and other stakeholders on optimizing performance and outcomes of the Business Lending portfolio. It also includes engaging stakeholders to agree and drive the actions required to address emerging and ongoing risks identified in the portfolio what will you bring Strong banking experience with experience in Business Lending processes Good understanding of key credit metrics such as arrears and defaults and key portfolio and capital drivers Treasury experience and Capital management experience Data Management/modelling Business operations knowledge and Business financial understanding Preferred profiles with Business Portfolio Management experience, ideally not just retail experience Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines Understanding of macro economic environment, competitors and market trends A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
