Overview Drives end-to-end orchestration of business case intake, estimation

  • Manage end-to-end intake process for large, cross-program business cases
  • Validate scope, requirements, and impacted programs
  • Apply strong TPM rigor to identify missing dependencies, upstream/downstream impacts, and integration points
  • Challenge assumptions in estimates (labor, infra, timelines) and ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution
  • Coordinate estimation inputs across Technology, Finance, ONE, and BizOps
  • Drive timeline, milestones, and stakeholder alignment through approval cycle
  • Ensure consistency and quality of business case inputs and assumptions
  • Facilitate cross-program tradeoffs and dependency management
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews and approval forums
  • Partner with VP to enforce governance standards and approval matrix
  • Identify process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities All About You
  • 8–12+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, or portfolio governance
  • Experience working across Technology, Finance, and Product organizations
  • Strong TPM execution and orchestration capability
  • Ability to connect business requirements to technical implications
  • Strong dependency mapping and risk identification skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Education: Bachelors required

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
