Position Summary The Executive Director of Colleague Experience Integration will lead a team to develop enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems, resulting in initiatives that significantly impact colleague experience strategy, enabling the enterprise to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers while driving a positive colleague experience.
This person will collaborate across the Colleague Experience COE to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives through positive colleague initiatives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. Major Responsibilities Directs the planning, implementation, and execution of cross-COE integration initiatives that align with enterprise workplace objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Develops and implements colleague relations integration protocols, project timelines, and new cross-COE initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in support of the goals and objectives of the organization. Administers detailed, accurate reports for senior HR leadership, individual contributors, and senior business team members to ensure both colleague experience data quality and actionable insights.
Facilitates colleague experience benchmarking research in order to support strategic, operational, and financial business plans that achieve the organization's growth expectations through best-in-class colleague support. Develops high-level strategies, goals, and targets based on business workforce plans and the organization's core objectives.
Mentors and guides a team focused on bringing together the full work of the COE to improve colleague experience outcomes to ensure satisfaction with senior managers and stakeholders to effectively meet corporate goals and program deliverables.
Communicates strategically with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure the plans, implementation, and execution of the Colleague Experience COE are delivering improved work environments, more engaged colleagues and business success through better HR.
Defines resources to develop the methodology for analyzing and reporting Colleague Experience COE data and insights to senior managers and stakeholders. Develops relationships to counsel and mentor a team of professionals to ensure that team members have appropriate training and are empowered to pursue professional development objectives.
Required Qualifications 10+ years work experience Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Adept at collaboration and teamwork Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,195.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
