A day in the life Your morning starts with an engineering standup where you review sprint progress and unblock a dependency between the generation pipeline and the tooling integration team. You connect with a VFX supervisor on an active production to confirm that a capability shipping this week meets their approval workflow requirements. A production partner surfaces a blocking issue hours before a creative review. You assess severity, coordinate an immediate workaround, communicate timeline to the partner
  • make the call on whether to escalate or absorb.Mid-morning, you run a milestone review with Product and Science, adjusting sequencing based on a model evaluation result. After lunch, you partner on a cross-vertical mechanism (production telemetry rollout) that benefits both animation and live action. You prep a status narrative for a leadership review, then close the day by clearing a resourcing conflict between two concurrent productions vying for the same engineering capacity. Throughout, you're operating with high ownership in a fast-moving environment where AI capabilities evolve weekly and production demands are real and immediate.   • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering - Experience designing and developing robust and scalable software and services in multimedia areas - Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery
  • communicating results to senior leadership - Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansion

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
