In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes Job Summary This role will be part of US Order to Cash Business Process Enablement & Reliability, reporting to the Manager Business Process Enablement, Surgery, EP, & Neuro.
The OTC Business Enablement Sr. Analyst will be a key partner in the design and deployment of new or enhanced business processes, as well as root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact MedTech franchises while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
This role will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance to ensure integrated approaches are provided. This role will support changes related to process improvements, enhancements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system.
The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for testing, performing root cause analysis, and resolving process issues that impact the Medical Technology franchises. Key Responsibilities Lead moderate-size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills, and project management skills.
Serve as a subject matter expert with multifunctional team members for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to impacted business partners and IT teams. Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
Be accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system improvements. Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, compliance, and IT organizations to develop end-to-end strategic solutions and complete root cause analysis.
Design and maintain business process flows handled within the OTC platform. Attend project status reviews and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition. Lead and coordinate support of business simulation and user acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications Education Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or University degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, IT, or business focus preferred. Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Validated experience in testing methodology. Process-oriented mindset. Supply chain experience. Proficiency in SAP is required, with knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution module.
Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with technical competence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities, stay organized, and work efficiently to meet commitments.
Project leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of supply chain interdependencies end to end. Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as Process Excellence, LEAN, and project management to evaluate, challenge, and optimize business processes.
Change management skills. Validated experience working remotely with business partners in a highly collaborative environment. Detailed understanding of Surgery business processes and data within and across areas. Experience using Supply Chain technology platforms such as JIRA, Solman, or IRIS.
