make history. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Supply Chain Finance team. You should be passionate about producing financial analysis enabling management to make breakthrough decisions, drive cash flow
ultimately delight our customers. This role will own critical forecasting processes for server capital expenditures and drive strategic financial insights through data analysis. You should be comfortable with working with ambiguity, diving deep into detail
be able to communicate the story behind the numbers effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences. Key job responsibilities - Create effective business partnerships, manages competing priorities
provides investment guidance based on data analysis. - Present financial summaries and business insights to Senior Management (Business and Finance). - Develop financial models for new business concepts and resulting financial impact to help drive data driven decision making. - Build out and enhance P&L models for new and existing businesses, develop business insights and KPI dashboards
lead ad hoc analyses. - Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively. Improves, scales
simplifies finance tools across teams and organizations. - Participate in Finance initiatives, including but not limited to process improvements, ad hoc analyses
preparation of periodic reporting activities.
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics
a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA
CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 4+ years of identifying, leading
executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Six Sigma Black Belt - Experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
