" Job Description & Summary: A career within Tax Technology / Indirect Tax / Global Tax & Operations , where you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital tax compliance processes.
The role focuses on delivering scalable e-invoicing solutions, working closely with clients, tax teams, and technology stakeholders across jurisdictions. Responsibilities: Support implementation and rollout of e-invoicing solutions across geographies (India GST, Europe, LATAM). Configure and maintain e-invoicing platforms (SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Sovos , Avalara or similar). Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and government/clearance platforms. Monitor transactions and troubleshoot invoice validation errors/rejections. Drive adoption of automation and digital tools in indirect tax compliance. Support development and enhancement of tax engines, APIs, and reporting tools. Trans late tax business requirements into technology specifications in collaboration with IT teams. Ensure compliance with evolving e-invoicing mandates and indirect tax regulations. Track regulatory updates and assess system impact. Support audit readiness through documentation and system controls. Act as interface between clients, tax teams, and technology stakeholders. Conduct workshops and training on e-invoicing and tax technology tools. Analyze transactional data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Generate reports and dashboards for compliance tracking. Identify automation and process optimization opportunities. Develop SOPs, playbooks, and best practices. Contribute to Tax Technology CoE initiatives.
