Providing timely and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to People & Culture (P&C) processes and policies via inbound/outbound calls or cases and promoting self-service through Knowledge Articles in the ServiceNow portal Key Accountabilities Responding to cases via the ServiceNow portal within provided Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Meet agreed quality, productivity targets and customer satisfaction (cSAT) rating expectations Promotion of self-service by showcasing available Knowledge Articles Contribute to continuous improvement culture by suggesting actions to make improvements to operational activities as necessary Accurate data input of Real Time Management (RTM) tasks Experience Experience of 3 -6 years in HR Operations Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations environment Prior experience of HR operations, query handling and managing HR systems like Workday, SAP, Success factor.
