Learn more at semgrep.dev . About the Role Semgrep is hiring a Head of Growth & Integrated Marketing to own how we take our story to market and convert it into pipeline, and ultimately revenue. You'll lead a team of 7 across Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle, Web Development, and Product Led Growth (PLG), serving as the connective tissue between brand, content, product, sales, and data analytics teams.
This is a high-ownership and visibility role for someone who thinks in systems, moves with precision, and is on the career path to running a marketing department. What You'll Own Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 7 spanning campaign management, lifecycle/email, web, and PLG growth marketing Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels — aligned to pipeline targets and business priorities Own full-funnel performance tracking: channel-level cost-per metrics, funnel conversion rates, and investment-to-return analysis Partner closely with Brand, Security Advocacy/Content, Marketing Ops, Data Analytics, and Sales leadership to ensure programs are tightly integrated and well-resourced Serve as the campaign foundation for Partner Marketing and Field — building the core plays and assets that get amplified through partners and adopted across target accounts and regional motions Build the operating rhythm for campaign planning, execution, and retrospectives — including sprint-based GTM activation Support career growth for both traditional campaign marketers and more technical team members (web dev, growth engineering) Translate marketing performance into executive-ready narratives for finance, sales, and leadership stakeholders About You 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in demand gen, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing; we care more about the pace and scope of what you've owned than years on a resume, and strong startup or high-growth experience can absolutely compress that timeline Proven track record managing multi-discipline marketing teams (campaign, lifecycle, web, and/or growth) Equal parts analytical and strategic: you're as comfortable in a Salesforce dashboard or attribution model as you are in a campaign brief Deep fluency in funnel metrics, MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, CPL by channel, conversion rates, and the ability to connect them to business outcomes Experience marketing to technical audiences.
You understand how developers, AppSec engineers, and security practitioners evaluate products and you know how to earn their trust High emotional intelligence and the range to build genuine relationships across a wide variety of personalities and working styles, from creative and brand-oriented teammates to data-driven ops and sales stakeholders An AI optimist who actively looks for ways to use AI to eliminate friction, from project management and campaign workflows to reporting and content production Experience working in or alongside PLG or product-led growth motions is a plus Ambition to grow into a VP Marketing or Marketing Leadership role Our Stack Marketo · Salesforce · Snowflake · Metabase · Asana · Slack · Python/JS · dbt · Zapier/Make · Cursor/Claude · Git · REST APIs Compensation The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $151,00 to $189,000 USD.
The actual base salary will be determined based on a number of factors, which may include job-related skills, relevant experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include equity, variable compensation, and benefits.

Please note that the range listed is for someone based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
